Last Updated: 27 October 2026

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Bee Loud Buzz Media, operated by BEELOUDBUZZ Pvt. Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, www.beeloudbuzzmedia.com, and the services offered by us.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, engaging our services, registering for an event, or entering into an agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any additional terms agreed upon in writing.

If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue using our website and services.

  1. About Our Services

Bee Loud Buzz Media provides advertising, brand management, publicity, digital marketing, retail branding, printing and publishing, corporate event management, film and video production, media-related services, award ceremonies, recognition programmes, and other related services.

The scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and applicable conditions for any particular service will be communicated through a quotation, proposal, invoice, work order, event agreement, or other written confirmation.

Specific written agreements may supplement these Terms & Conditions. Where a specific agreement conflicts with these general Terms & Conditions, the specific agreement will prevail for the relevant service to the extent of the conflict.

  1. Eligibility and User Responsibilities

By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.
  • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
  • You have the necessary authority to act on behalf of any company, organization, or individual you represent.
  • You will use our website and services for lawful purposes.
  • You will not misuse our website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

You are responsible for ensuring that any information, images, logos, documents, advertisements, or other materials supplied to us may lawfully be used for the intended purpose.

  1. Enquiries, Quotations, and Service Engagements

Submitting an enquiry through our website, email, telephone, or other communication channels does not automatically create a binding service agreement.

Any quotation or proposal issued by us will be subject to its stated validity period, scope, pricing, payment terms, and other applicable conditions.

A service engagement will generally be considered confirmed when the relevant proposal or agreement has been accepted and any required advance payment, purchase order, written approval, or other specified condition has been fulfilled.

Any changes to the agreed scope of work, deliverables, specifications, or schedule may require a revised quotation, additional charges, or a revised delivery timeline.

  1. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

All service fees, package prices, event participation charges, and other commercial terms will be communicated through the relevant quotation, proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and statutory charges.
  • Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
  • Advance payments, deposits, and milestone payments may be required before work begins.
  • Additional work or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
  • The client is responsible for providing accurate billing information and completing payments by the agreed due dates.

We reserve the right to suspend or postpone work where payments are overdue, subject to the applicable agreement and law.

Any late-payment charges, interest, or collection costs will apply only where lawfully agreed or otherwise legally recoverable.

  1. Advertising, Branding, and Marketing Services

For advertising, branding, digital marketing, publicity, printing, publishing, and related services, clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the materials, specifications, creative concepts, content, and final proofs provided for their projects.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Campaign results, audience reach, engagement, sales, leads, conversions, and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Advertising placements are subject to the availability, policies, approval processes, and requirements of the relevant media owner or platform.
  • Publication dates, campaign schedules, printing timelines, and media placements may be affected by third-party decisions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Clients must ensure that their claims, promotional materials, products, and services comply with applicable laws and advertising standards.
  • Any additional revisions, reshoots, reprints, or changes requested after approval may attract additional charges.

We will use reasonable care and professional efforts in delivering the agreed services but do not guarantee specific business results unless expressly agreed in writing.

  1. Event Management, Awards, and Registrations

Our event-related services may include corporate events, award ceremonies, conferences, networking programmes, recognition events, nomination processes, sponsorships, and related activities.

The following conditions apply unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise:

7.1 Registrations and Participation

Registration, nomination, sponsorship, or participation is subject to the eligibility criteria, submission requirements, payment conditions, and other terms communicated for the relevant event.

Submission of a nomination or registration does not automatically guarantee selection, an award, a speaking opportunity, sponsorship benefits, or any other particular outcome.

7.2 Fees and Payments

Event fees, nomination charges, sponsorship fees, participation packages, and associated deliverables will be specified in the relevant proposal, invoice, or event agreement.

Refunds, cancellations, transfers, and adjustments will be governed by the specific written terms applicable to the event and any mandatory requirements under applicable law.

7.3 Event Changes

We will make reasonable efforts to conduct events according to the announced date, venue, programme, and schedule. However, circumstances may require changes to the date, venue, format, programme, speakers, guests, performers, or other arrangements.

Where reasonably practicable, affected participants will be informed of material changes.

If an event is postponed, relocated, rescheduled, or cancelled, the applicable event agreement and mandatory legal requirements will govern the available remedies, including any refund or rescheduling arrangements.

7.4 Awards and Recognition

Award titles, categories, eligibility criteria, nomination procedures, selection processes, and recognition benefits may differ between events.

Unless expressly stated in writing, nomination or participation does not guarantee an award or a particular ranking. Any award or recognition is subject to the applicable selection criteria and event arrangements.

No representation is made that receiving an award guarantees increased business, revenue, reputation, publicity, or commercial success.

7.5 Photography and Recording

Events may be photographed, filmed, or recorded for documentation, reporting, promotional, or publicity purposes.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice or consent will be obtained. Participants may contact us before an event to raise reasonable privacy-related concerns.

Any use of an identifiable participant’s image, testimonial, or other personal information will be subject to applicable law, relevant permissions, and any specific event terms.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in our website and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, designs, photographs, videos, and other materials, belong to us or our respective licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or otherwise use such materials without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Clients retain ownership of materials they own and provide to us. By supplying such materials, clients grant us the limited permission reasonably necessary to use, reproduce, adapt, or distribute them for the agreed project or service.

Ownership and permitted use of commissioned artwork, campaign materials, photographs, videos, designs, and other deliverables will be governed by the relevant proposal or written agreement. Where no specific terms have been agreed, applicable intellectual property law will govern.

Third-party trademarks, logos, photographs, music, fonts, footage, and other assets remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing conditions.

  1. Client Content and Approvals

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, material, or instruction provided to us:

  • Is accurate and lawful.
  • Does not infringe another party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
  • Does not contain defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or prohibited material.
  • Has all necessary permissions, licences, and authorizations.

Clients must carefully review proofs, artwork, advertisements, print files, videos, and other deliverables before providing final approval.

Where a client approves content for publication, printing, production, or distribution, the client remains responsible for the accuracy and suitability of the approved material, subject to our agreed responsibilities and applicable law.

  1. Third-Party Services and Platforms

Our services may involve third-party websites, social media platforms, publishers, advertising networks, printing vendors, production companies, venues, payment providers, or other external service providers.

Such services may be subject to separate terms, policies, availability requirements, and approval processes.

We are not responsible for independent decisions, policy changes, service interruptions, or actions of third parties that are outside our reasonable control. However, this provision does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or any obligations expressly accepted by us under a written agreement.

  1. Website Availability and Acceptable Use

We strive to maintain the availability and accuracy of our website but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website for maintenance, security, operational, or other legitimate reasons.

You agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our website, servers, or systems.
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful software.
  • Use automated means to interfere with website operations or collect information without authorization.
  • Submit false, misleading, unlawful, or abusive content through our website.
  • Use our website in a manner that violates applicable law or infringes the rights of others.

We may take reasonable measures to restrict access or address misuse where necessary and lawful.

  1. Privacy and Personal Information

Your use of our website and services may involve the collection and processing of personal information.

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of such information are described in our Privacy Policy, available on our website.

By providing personal information, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the Privacy Policy. Where consent is legally required, we will obtain it in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Confidentiality

Where clients or other parties provide confidential business information in connection with our services, we will take reasonable steps to protect that information and use it for the purposes for which it was provided, subject to applicable law and any separate confidentiality agreement.

Confidentiality obligations do not ordinarily extend to information that is publicly available through no breach of duty, was lawfully known before disclosure, is independently developed, or must be disclosed under a lawful requirement.

Any specific confidentiality obligations will be governed by the relevant written agreement.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bee Loud Buzz Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, business opportunities, or anticipated commercial benefits.

Our responsibility for a particular service will be assessed in accordance with the applicable agreement, the circumstances of the matter, and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including liability for fraud or other matters that cannot legally be excluded.

Where a separate written agreement specifies a lawful limitation of liability, that agreement will apply to the relevant service.

  1. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, clients may be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from their unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these Terms & Conditions, including the unauthorized use of materials supplied by them.

This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim or loss results from our own breach, negligence, misconduct, or other circumstances for which responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any indemnification obligations in a separate written agreement will be governed by that agreement.

  1. Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for delays or failures to perform obligations to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, public emergencies, epidemics, government restrictions, civil disturbances, strikes, utility failures, significant technical disruptions, or third-party service interruptions.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material disruptions and resume performance when practicable.

Any payment, cancellation, refund, rescheduling, or other rights arising from such circumstances will remain subject to the relevant agreement and applicable law.

  1. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or discontinue a service where reasonably necessary due to non-payment, unlawful conduct, material breach of an agreement, security concerns, or other legitimate grounds, subject to applicable law and the relevant contractual terms.

Clients wishing to cancel a service must notify us through the communication channel specified in the applicable agreement.

Any outstanding payment obligations, cancellation charges, refund entitlements, ownership rights, confidentiality duties, and other provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply as permitted by law.

  1. Amendments to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business operations, services, website functionality, or applicable legal requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date or last-updated date.

Unless otherwise required by law, changes will apply prospectively from the date stated in the updated version. Existing service agreements will remain subject to their agreed terms unless the parties lawfully agree otherwise.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law and any mandatory dispute-resolution requirements, courts of competent jurisdiction in New Delhi, India, shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of our website and services.

Nothing in this clause restricts any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

  1. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent legally permissible.

Our failure or delay in exercising a right under these Terms & Conditions will not, by itself, constitute a waiver of that right.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the applicable quotation, proposal, invoice, event agreement, service agreement, and any other expressly incorporated written terms, constitute the agreement governing your use of our website or the relevant services.

Where applicable, the specific written terms agreed between the parties will prevail over these general Terms & Conditions to the extent of any inconsistency.
